Do you want to lose weight, tone or build muscle? I will help you get the results that you need! Through our fitness consultation, I will recommend the program that's right for you. If this is your first time working out, then we will start at the beginning and finish at the end based on your determination, discipline, and your Focus On Fitness!

One-on-One Training

One on One Training

I offer a free consultation and/or free Trial Session with each program.

I take personal interest in each and every one of my clients, and I train differently based upon your fitness needs. In other words, if you are training with a buddy, you are still receiving my individual attention. I do require three sessions per week, and that my clients understand that exercise is hard work. In this intense 60-minute workout, you may be pushed to exceed your own limitations. My job is to get you where you want to be, and your job is to trust me to get you there.

Along with this program, you will also be given a specialized nutritional plan, and your eating habits will be monitored each session for the week. I also take measurements every four weeks to track your progress and make sure we are on the right path to success.

My price for One on One Training is $65.00/hour

Small Group Training

Small Group Training

I have small groups available. I keep groups as small as possible so that I can customize each person's workout to their fitness level and goals, and work around any limitations if I need to. I consider my small groups Personal Training sessions, not a class. You are also sharing my One on One rate with up to 4 other clients so that your hourly rate is lower.

My price for Small Group Training is $30.00/hour (6-month agreement $25.00/hour)

In Home Training

With my In Home Training program, you will receive a free consultation and a thorough assessment of your fitness needs. I will have to meet with you personally before I can determine what type of fitness program will be appropriate for you and your personalized needs.

Three day per week training sessions are required, and in this 60-minute workout, I am able to train you in the privacy of your own home. If you are not equipped with an in home gym, I will provide all equipment and accessories necessary for you to meet your fitness goals.

Along with this program, you will also be given a specialized nutritional plan, and your eating habits will be monitored each session for the week. I also take measurements every four weeks to track your progress and make sure we are on the right path to success.

My price for In-Home Training is $75.00/hour

There may be a travel charge in addition to my hourly fees depending on location.
