Workouts before you say 'I DO'
I am offering a new and exciting program called Brenda Bark's Boot Camp!
This is a fitness training program that will focus on quick weight loss and muscle tone
just in time for your wedding day!
I offer two Brenda Bark's Boot Camp training programs
for you to choose from: Wedding Party Training and Honeymoon Package.
You are free to select one of these programs or pick and choose a little
from each and create your own customized program that's just right for you!
During Brenda Bark's Boot Camp training, we will be decked out in full Boot Camp gear.
I will have on the traditional Army fatigues and if the ladies whine during training,
she will have to wear a veil during her workout sessions!
It's a great environment for you to be in so that you can lose those extra pounds.
Brenda Bark's Boot Camp is fun, a great stress reducer and a chance to look fabulous
on your wedding day!

When I started training at Focus on Fitness, a lot of people asked me why since I did not have any weight to lose. However, for as many years as I have been working out; I have never been able to gain muscle and have an overall toned look. Before training with Brenda I participated in a Boot Camp for 3 months where I felt like I was doing the same set of exercises with the same weight for the entire 3 months. Now, I'm able to lift more weight than I ever have before and I've learned the proper diet and weight training exercises so that I will be able to maintain my fitness level even after my wedding. Brenda has pushed me harder than I have ever pushed myself and she takes the time to customize each client's workouts and diets to what they are each striving to achieve. I am extremely happy with my results and I would recommend Focus on Fitness to anyone that is looking to not only make a change in their bodies, but truly a lifestyle change.

Previous to Brenda, my workout experience had not been very effective and I found myself doing the same old thing without any drive. Brenda's program has changed my perspective on personal training. She is encouraging and creative. Rather than just pushing me to perform standard exercises longer or with greater intensity she brings a new paradigm. Brenda challenges me with exercises which include training me extensively with free weights and incorporating a lot of core exercises. Additionally, she keeps my heart rate up for the duration of the sessions and targets my fat burning zone. I have received tremendous results from Brenda's Interval Training.
