Brenda began her adventure into the fitness industry in 1998. In 2000,
Brenda founded Focus on Fitness and incorporated a training style and philosophy that differs from most trainers in the valley. Utilizing an interval training method, which combines weight lifting and cardiovascular techniques coupled with healthy eating habits, Brenda has developed a fitness system that is successful in achieving fast results. Every client's progress is consistently monitored and Brenda proudly displays their "before" and "after" photos, which support and prove Brenda's results oriented approach. Brenda is a dedicated, personal fitness trainer with a passion for assisting real people with achieving real results.
Annalie Hahn

Annalie Hahn has 12 years experience in personal training. She is licensed
in nutritional counseling and has incorporated this knowledge into a
customized program that focuses on improving overall muscle strength and tone, weight
loss, and weight loss management. Annalie has competed and placed third in two seperate bodybuilding
competitions (lightweight division) and was awarded Best Female Poser.
Annalie joined Focus on Fitness to share her experience with the Tempe, Chandler, and
Ocotillo areas. In addition to her "one on one" personal training program,
Annalie also provides training for bodybuilder contestants, which includes
nutritional counseling, customized meal planning, and posing routines.
Chad Luchiano

Chad joined Focus on Fitness in 2005 and has been a significant factor in
the overall successes related to business management and marketing campaigns.
Chad earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota and brings
over 15 years of business development, international experiences, and
interpersonal skills to the organization. Chad has most recently been instrumental
in promoting and coordinating the Boot Camp program, which is our newest Saturday morning
fitness program. Chad has a genuine interest in the well-being of others,
loves working with people, and brings great value to the organization.
