As part of my training regimen you will learn how to change your
eating habits to obtain a healthy diet. I monitor each clients eating
habits with their food journal. I will provide you with a menu, combined
with healthy nutritious options for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This menu is not a diet, I don't believe in diets, diets always have the
same results, you deprive yourself of good food and loose a few pounds
but only to gain the weight back. The secret to eating healthy is a
learned process, which goes hand in hand with your exercise routine.
Once you learn to eat healthy you will continue to eat healthy for the
rest of your life.
I am living proof that you can still eat wings and pizza, not on a
regular basis of course. Once you get to the point to where you are maintaining
your weight you can splurge occasionally, and not have to feel guilty. You are in
the world of fitness and you will burn the excess calories, it's all about having a
balanced lifestyle.
